First, the waste circuit board is crushed into fine particles, and then the separation method is realized according to the difference of physical properties of each component, including crushing, milling, sorting and other treatment processes. After the components and solder are removed, the waste board is treated into powder by a crusher and a grinder respectively. After gravity separation and electrostatic separation, copper powder with copper content of about 82% can be obtained, of which more than 94% copper has been recovered.
